Trilogy Development
, in partnership with Medallion Management, Inc.,
has had a long and successful history in the development and
rehabilition of properties. From 1992 to the present day, they
have constructed and rehabilitated numerous communities
throughout Michigan.
With a growing portfolio of properties developed in the 70's and
early 80's, it was soon realized that there was a real need for
rehabilitation of a number of small communities in Michigan.
Moving forward with expertise in the areas of acquisition and
rehabilitation, Trilogy Development became leaders in this field. To
date they have completed twenty-seven rehabilitations with plans
and opportunities for many more.
Under the direction of strong leadership and the committed
partnership of Trilogy Development and Medallion Management, Inc.,
Medallion Construction has rehabilitated over 1,700
apartment homes within Michigan.
