PRESIDENT/OWNER
Primary responsibility is to protect and insure the financial and physical integrity of developments managed by Medallion Management,Inc. It is the President's function to effectively direct the Medallion Team. All department heads report to the President.

Additionally, recommendations are submitted for officer review and owner direction toward the future progress of the organization.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER/OWNER
Responsible for the integrity and oversight of all financial and accounting functions related to both the management and construction companies. Coordinates with outside firms for the preparation of audits and tax returns for the various afffordable housing programs and development types.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/OWNER - Development Officer
Works closely with Property Management and Accounting teams to implement support networks as necessary, and provides analysis, training and presentations for further company growth. Is responsible for the growth through development and acquisitions.
