Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and community management of the development.
All Resident Managers are encouraged to obtain their real estate license within
the first year of employment, if not a current holder of a license.
OFFICE MANAGER
Responsible for the day-to-day occupancy, community management and paperwork
for the development. All Office Managers are encouraged to obtain their real
estate license within their first year of employment, if not a current holder
of a license.
MAINTENANCE / MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the day-to-day physical aspects of the apartment community.
Responds to and completes all work orders within 24 hours. The Maintenance
Supervisor position is required to be on emergency call 24 hours a day.
GROUNDS
Responsible for maintaining the property's appearance to the highest standards
at all times as set forth by the Maintenance Supervisor. Also responsible
for the day-to-day physical aspects of the development.
CLEANING
SERVICES
Responsible for cleaning hallways, common areas, and vacant units as
directed by the Resident Manager.
OFFICE SITTER
Responsible for taking messages and delegating proper individuals to
follow up on normal maintenance requests during the absence of the
Resident Manager.
